Starting 23th of may some skills will have Pvp in addition to their name. This means that this skill will have a slightly diff effect/cost/recharge in PvP then in PvE. Anet is trying this to keep the PvP matches balanced without influencing the PvE builds to much.

Sounds like a nice idea to me... Very Happy
